Submitting an enquiry is a request for information, not a purchase commitment. We review price, minimum order quantity, tooling, samples, lead time, packing, payment, shipping and product suitability case by case.
A written quotation is valid for the period stated in it. Production begins after both parties agree in writing on the commercial terms, specification and order. A confirmed order is governed by the applicable written quotation, accepted purchase order, proforma invoice or agreed contract.
Product specifications & project review
Please provide accurate requirements, including material and grade, thickness or wire size, hole or mesh pattern, dimensions, open area, tolerances, finish, quantity, application and destination. Identify any critical drawing or sample requirements before an order is confirmed.
Recommendations, calculations and examples on the website are general references. You are responsible for checking that the final product is suitable for its intended use and meets applicable standards, regulations and installation requirements.
Delivery & shipment
Lead times and delivery dates are estimates unless confirmed in writing. Shipping method, delivery point, insurance, customs responsibilities and trade terms are agreed for each order. Events beyond our reasonable control may affect the schedule.
